How to help with translation

If you want to help translate Himia, contact us. There is no separate translation interface yet, so the process is simple: we will send you a file with texts, and you can fill in or improve the translation.

How it works

• contact us and say that you want to help with translation;
• we will send you a file with texts to translate;
• you fill in the translation or suggest corrections;
• we review the changes and add them to the website.

Accuracy of terminology, clear wording, and preserving the meaning of the original text are especially important. Even translating one page already helps the project.

Tools

There are no special tools yet. Translation is done through a file that we send directly. If you want to suggest process improvements or help build translation tools, please also see the contribution guide.
